Montanoso fitness instructor Sarah will guide you through a HIIT Boot Camp class designed to challenge your cardio, build your strength, and make you love your outdoor workout! This is a FREE class for participants age 14 and older. Participants should wear workout clothes and tennis shoes, and bring a towel and water bottle. Equipment will be provided.
